DDSlider - Article Content Slider
Available in the Joomla Extension Directory



DDSlider is an easy and lightweight Joomla 3 content extension based on jQuery.
It provides you with the basic functionality of sliding content elements with title.

If I get positive feedback maybe over the Extenion Directory, I will work on the plugin and make some updates increasing usability and functionality.
Otherwise their will be just small and updates without a timetable.

Download:
Zip compressed download to install it through Joomla extension installer: Download latest version


How does it work? Simple:
First:
Install the plugin like every other extension for Joomla.
Once it is installed activate it!

Second:
Use it in your article! To activate the slide you need to put these lines directly into your WYSIWYG editor:

{slide title="Test Title" open="false"}
Test Content
{/slide}

Easy, is'nt it?

Availabe paramters:
title : Defines the title
open : Defines if the slider is open by default


Customisation
To customize your slider u need to edit the css file in: /plugin/content/ddslider/css.
Maybe later there will be a paramter controlled way to use a css file in your template directory.


Known Problems
TODO: You cant place a slider within a slider.
TODO: To style the title u need to place it in a new line with a page break. That mean if you style the slider tag it will break.

Possible future paramters:

group : Defines groups (just one group item open at one time)
heigt : Defines the height of the slider
width : Defines the width of the slider
scroll: Defines if the slider content is scrollable with a defined heigt
